Ural Raiford

Ural Raiford was born on January, 14 1918 in Tylertown Mississippi to Jewel Benjamin and Mary Bell Raiford. In 1942 he met and married Rhoda Mae Jacobs. To this union three children were born Troy and Cletis, both of whom have proceeded him in death and one daughter Jean Carol Raiford-Chandler. Ural also had two sons Kenneth Magee-Raiford and Jesse Ray Raiford who also proceeded him in death. Ural was employed at Kaiser hospital of Vallejo for 10 years and later with Solano Community College where he retired in 1983. Ural was a master of many talents of which e enjoyed being the neighborhood barber, cooking, gardening and carpentry.
